I did group PT here for a while and really loved it. The coaches are super knowledgeable, great with form, and always encouraging. They push you in a friendly, supportive way and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. They were also fantastic at helping me get back into exercise post-surgery. The other people in the sessions were incredibly friendly and motivating too. Getting into the gym can feel intimidating if you’re new, but they make it fun and easy to get started. It’s great for all levels, as the coaches adapt the workouts to suit everyone. The studio itself is also fantastic - it’s not a big commercial gym, so you always have access to equipment and never feel in the way or self-conscious. I’d highly recommend it!

Such a perfect space. Came here for content, managed to get a lot of good shots without the busyness of a commercial gym. Layout is great, good variety of equipment as well if using the spot to workout. Would highly recommend, I am definitely considering this as an ongoing spot.
